83? Really?
The only picture
I took on Wednesday.
It was hot.
Too darn hot
for January 21st.
Right after I snapped
this photo
it read 84.
(I was at a stop light when I took this- not driving!)

new tap shoes
Her *grace makes
me want her
to dance,
an hour of
movement
and hour of
learning.
Starting tomorrow
she will dance
and in this outfit,
because she loves stars.
(I wanted to get her
one of the cute
little tutu outfits.
She saw this one
and couldn’t see
anything else.
The sparkliness
the stars
the color
she was in love.)

*She was born on Thursday. Both her sister and I were born on Tuesday- you know- Tuesday’s child is full of grace? Um, how about Tuesday’s child lacks all the grace.
