My favorite pizza topping
First you fire-roast the poblano,
then let it “rest” in a paper bag.
When it has cooled,
peel the skin off,
it should come off easily.
Then slice up and place on
your unbaked plain cheese pizza.
You will not regret it,
although they can be a little spicy.
The flavor of these guys is
perfection.
